What happens at each step
1. Understand
We visit or call to understand the role, the skills, the shift pattern, the site and the start date. We agree the headcount and terms before sourcing.
2. Source and screen
We search our verified database and source actively. Candidates go through document checks, skill or trade checks and reference checks.
3. Deploy
Joining documents, PF and ESIC registration and induction paperwork are done before day one, so the worker starts on time.
4. Support
Your account manager stays with the engagement: attendance, monthly payroll, statutory filings and replacements when needed.
